Vendor Terms

These terms apply to fertilizer & medicine shops, cattle feed providers, petrol pumps, tractor spare parts shops and tractor owners selling on CPSONS.

• You must hold all licences required for what you sell (e.g. fertilizer/insecticide dealer licence, PESO/OMC dealership for fuel) and provide them on request. Accounts are activated after verification.
• List accurate names, prices, MRP and stock. The price shown must not exceed MRP.
• Fulfil paid orders promptly, and mark them Delivered in your panel only after the customer has received the product or service.
• Commission: CPSONS deducts a platform commission on each sale, at the rate for your category shown in your vendor panel (currently about 10% for most categories). Your net amount is credited to your CPSONS earnings when you mark an item delivered.
• Payouts: request a payout from your panel; CPSONS transfers it to your verified bank account or UPI ID, normally within 3 working days. Tractor owners may also move earnings to their wallet to buy diesel and parts.
• Items you cannot supply must be cancelled from your panel; the customer is refunded in full.
• You are responsible for GST and other taxes on your sales. CPSONS may deduct TCS/TDS where required by law.
• CPSONS may suspend listings or accounts for poor service, fake products or policy violations.
