CP & SONS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and why, in line with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

  • Account details: name, mobile number, email, village/taluka/district, PIN code, tractor number (tractor owners), business name and GSTIN (vendors).
  • Vendor payout details: bank account number, IFSC, UPI ID.
  • Order, wallet and payment records (amounts, PayU transaction IDs). We never see or store your card numbers, CVV or UPI PIN — these are handled by PayU.
  • Technical data: IP address and browser type, for security and fraud prevention.

Why we use it

To create your account, process orders and payments, share delivery details with the vendor fulfilling your order, settle vendor payouts, prevent fraud, meet legal and tax obligations, and contact you about your orders.

Sharing

We share only what is needed: your name, phone and address with the vendor fulfilling your order; payment data with PayU; and information with authorities when required by law. We do not sell your personal data.

Retention and security

Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. Data is kept while your account is active and as long as required for tax and legal records (generally 8 years for financial records).

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by writing to support@cpsons.co.in. Some records must be kept by law even after an account is closed.
