These Terms govern your use of the CPSONS website and services operated by CP & SONS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED ("CPSONS", "we", "us"). By registering or placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must be 18 years or older and provide true details (name, mobile number, address). You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for all activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that provide false information or misuse the platform.

2. Marketplace

CPSONS is an online marketplace. Products and services are listed and supplied by independent vendors (fertilizer shops, cattle feed providers, petrol pumps, spare parts shops and tractor owners) who are responsible for the quality, legality, licences, warranty and delivery of what they sell. CPSONS verifies vendors at onboarding, collects payment on their behalf and settles their share after delivery.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is accepted only online through PayU (UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking) and/or your CPSONS wallet. Cash on delivery is not available. An order is confirmed only after successful payment.

4. Tractor services and diesel

Tractor services are priced per acre; the final area is as measured at the field and any difference is settled through a refund or additional order. Diesel bought on CPSONS is dispensed only at the selected partner pump into a vehicle, against the order number, and must be collected within 15 days.

5. Agri-inputs

Use fertilizers and crop protection products only as per the label and the advice of an agriculture officer. CPSONS does not give agronomic advice and is not liable for misuse.

6. Prohibited use

You may not use the platform for fraud, resale of wallet balance, money laundering, false orders, or to list banned or unlicensed products.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, CPSONS's liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as crop loss or loss of income.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; the updated version applies from the date it is posted on this page.

9. Law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jalgaon, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
